Andrew Ricks is a real estate agent serving the greater Phoenix Metro and East Valley, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities. Before entering real estate, Andrew built a successful career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, earning degrees from the University of Georgia and Mercer University. After relocating from Atlanta to Arizona in 2017, he founded Excel Sports Performance and Rehabilitation, a private physical therapy practice embedded within two of Phoenix’s most prestigious private country clubs, Troon Country Club and Phoenix Country Club. Operating in these exclusive, high-expectation environments honed his ability to deliver a white-glove client experience, pay meticulous attention to detail, and earn trust through consistent performance.
While still practicing, Andrew began investing in real estate across Arizona and Georgia, gaining firsthand insight into the numbers, risks, and timing that drive smart property decisions. When he transitioned to full-time real estate, he brought over a decade of business ownership, client service, and investment experience. Today, Andrew leverages that expertise to provide his clients with knowledgeable, strategic guidance, whether they are buying, selling, relocating, or investing in the Valley.
